This information may be used to calculate or generate Birth charts (D1, D9, D10, etc.), Planetary positions, Houses (Bhavas), Nakshatras, Dashas, Zodiac sign details, and Compatibility metrics.

You are responsible for ensuring that information submitted to Astrovanee is accurate. Incorrect birth details may result in inaccurate astrology calculations.

5. QUESTIONS AND CHAT INFORMATION

When you use Astrovanee's chat or question-based services, we may collect and process questions you submit, chat messages, conversation history, astrology-related details in messages, generated responses, and technical interaction logs.

Please avoid submitting confidential information that is not reasonably necessary for your astrological query.

6. INFORMATION ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE

You may choose to provide information about another person (for example for Kundli matching, partner compatibility, or family chart analysis). If you provide personal information relating to another person, you should ensure that you have the appropriate permission or lawful basis to do so.

7. PAYMENT INFORMATION

When you purchase a service, payment information is securely processed through authorized third-party payment providers (such as Razorpay). Payment providers process transaction IDs, payment amounts, status, method, and billing information.

Astrovanee does not store complete credit/debit card numbers, CVV numbers, UPI PINs, or net banking passwords on its servers.

8. DEVICE AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION

When you access Astrovanee, certain technical information may be automatically collected, including IP address, browser type, device model, operating system, screen resolution, language preferences, approximate city-level location, session logs, and performance diagnostics.

13. AI DATA RETENTION

Astrovanee retains conversation history and generated reports to enable you to revisit your consultations, download your purchased charts, and receive customer support. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized.

14. PERSONALIZATION

We use your birth profile details to save you from repeatedly entering your date and time of birth, and to ensure subsequent questions are mapped against your active Dasha period and Lagna chart.

15. MARKETING AND ADVERTISING

We may measure advertising effectiveness through standard analytics tools. We never share your payment credentials, passwords, or private chat contents with advertising networks.

16. LEAD FORMS AND PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGNS

If you submit your details through an introductory promotion or landing page form, we use your contact details to provide the requested service, consultation, or special offer.

If you book an individual human consultation where available, necessary birth chart coordinates and question context will be shared with the assigned astrologer solely to deliver the consultation.
