2. ELIGIBILITY

By using Astrovanee, you represent that:

1. You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.
2. The information you provide to Astrovanee is accurate and truthful.
3. You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
4. You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you are using Astrovanee on behalf of another person, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

Where a service is not intended for minors, users below the applicable legal age should use the Platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. NATURE OF ASTROLOGY SERVICES

Astrology is a traditional and interpretive practice.

Astrovanee provides astrology-related information and guidance for informational, educational, personal reflection, entertainment, and spiritual purposes.

Astrology interpretations should not be treated as guaranteed predictions, scientific conclusions, professional advice, or certain statements about future events.

Astrovanee does not guarantee that any prediction, interpretation, recommendation, or guidance will be accurate or that any particular event will occur.

Different astrologers, astrology systems, methodologies, and practitioners may interpret the same birth information differently.

4. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER

Astrovanee does not represent or guarantee that astrology can accurately predict future events or outcomes.

Any statements relating to:

are interpretive opinions or guidance based on astrology and should not be understood as guarantees.

You are solely responsible for decisions you make after using Astrovanee.

5. MEDICAL, MENTAL HEALTH AND HEALTH-RELATED DISCLAIMER

Astrovanee is not a medical service.

Astrology information provided through Astrovanee must not be used as a substitute for:

• Medical diagnosis
• Medical treatment
• Prescription medication
• Emergency medical care
• Psychological or psychiatric treatment
• Professional counselling
• Mental-health treatment
• Advice from a qualified healthcare professional

If you have a medical or mental-health concern, you should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Astrovanee does not diagnose diseases, prescribe medicines, determine medical conditions, or guarantee health outcomes.

Any astrology-related discussion concerning health is general and interpretive in nature.

6. FINANCIAL AND INVESTMENT DISCLAIMER

Astrovanee does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, banking, securities, or legal advice.

Astrological information relating to money, investments, business, trading, stocks, cryptocurrency, property, loans, financial decisions, or wealth should not be treated as professional financial advice.

You should independently evaluate financial decisions and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

Astrovanee shall not be responsible for financial losses arising from decisions made based on astrology-related information.

7. LEGAL AND PROFESSIONAL ADVICE DISCLAIMER

Astrovanee does not provide legal, tax, accounting, insurance, immigration, or other regulated professional advice unless expressly stated otherwise.

Any information provided through the Platform should not be considered a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

8. AI-POWERED ASTROLOGY SERVICES

Astrovanee may use artificial intelligence (“AI”), machine-learning systems, automated tools, or algorithmic systems to generate responses, interpretations, recommendations, summaries, or other content.

AI-generated responses may:

• Contain errors
• Be incomplete
• Misinterpret information
• Produce inaccurate interpretations
• Provide inconsistent responses
• Reflect limitations of the underlying technology
• Generate information that may not be appropriate for your particular circumstances

AI-generated information should therefore be treated as general informational guidance and not as a guaranteed or authoritative prediction.

Astrovanee does not guarantee that AI-generated astrology interpretations will be accurate, complete, unbiased, or suitable for your particular situation.

9. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Astrovanee does not guarantee any particular result from using its services. For example, Astrovanee does not guarantee:

• Marriage will occur within a predicted period
• A relationship will succeed
• A person will return to a relationship
• A job or promotion will be obtained
• A business will succeed
• Financial gains will occur
• A particular event will happen
• A particular problem will disappear
• A remedy will produce a specific result
• Any prediction will become reality

All such information is interpretive and should be used at your own discretion.

10. USER INFORMATION AND BIRTH DETAILS

Certain Astrovanee services may require users to provide information such as Name, Date of birth, Time of birth, Place of birth, Gender (where voluntarily provided), Relationship information, Questions or concerns, and other details necessary to generate an astrology-related response.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate.

Incorrect birth details may result in inaccurate or materially different astrology calculations or interpretations.

Astrovanee is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the user.

11. THIRD-PARTY ASTROLOGY DATA AND CALCULATIONS

Astrovanee may use third-party astrology calculation systems, APIs, databases, software libraries, astronomical data, planetary calculation systems, or other external technology.

Astrovanee does not guarantee that third-party calculations, data, APIs, or systems will always be available, uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free.

Where third-party services are unavailable or experience technical issues, certain Astrovanee features may temporarily become unavailable.

12. USER ACCOUNTS

Certain features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, securing your account, preventing unauthorized access, and informing Astrovanee of unauthorized use where reasonably possible.

You are responsible for activities conducted through your account unless such activity resulted from circumstances outside your reasonable control.

Astrovanee reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

13. USER RESPONSIBILITY

You agree not to:

1. Use Astrovanee for unlawful purposes.
2. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform.
3. Attempt to access another user's account.
4. Reverse engineer the Platform.
5. Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit Astrovanee content without permission.
6. Use automated systems, bots, scrapers, or similar technologies to extract Platform data without authorization.
7. Upload malicious software or harmful code.
8. Interfere with Platform security.
9. Misrepresent your identity.
10. Impersonate another person.
11. Use Astrovanee to harass or threaten others.
12. Submit fraudulent or intentionally misleading information.
13. Use the Platform to facilitate illegal activities.
14. Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse promotional offers.
15. Circumvent payment systems or access restrictions.
16. Attempt to obtain services without paying applicable charges.

14. PROHIBITED CONTENT

Users must not submit content that is illegal, fraudulent, contains malware, infringes intellectual-property rights, violates privacy, is defamatory, contains threats, promotes violence, is sexually exploitative, exploits children, promotes discrimination or unlawful hatred, facilitates criminal activity, or attempts to manipulate or compromise Platform security.

Astrovanee may remove content or restrict accounts where reasonably necessary.

15. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

If Astrovanee allows you to submit questions, reviews, comments, testimonials, feedback, images, or other content (“User Content”), you retain ownership of your content subject to the rights necessary for Astrovanee to operate the Platform.

By submitting User Content, you grant Astrovanee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and use that content as reasonably necessary to provide and improve the services.

Astrovanee may moderate or remove User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit the content.

16. REVIEWS AND TESTIMONIALS

Users may be invited to provide reviews, ratings, testimonials, or feedback.

By submitting a testimonial or review, you grant Astrovanee permission to display it on the Platform and in Astrovanee's marketing materials, subject to applicable law and the permissions you provide.

Astrovanee may edit testimonials for spelling, grammar, length, formatting, or presentation without materially changing their meaning.

Astrovanee does not guarantee that every review or testimonial represents the typical experience of all users.

17. SERVICES AND PRICING

Astrovanee may offer free and paid services. Prices may be displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) or another currency supported by the payment system.

Astrovanee reserves the right to change prices, plans, offers, packages, features, discounts, trial periods, and promotional campaigns at any time.

Any applicable price will generally be displayed before you complete the relevant purchase.

18. ₹1 / INTRODUCTORY OFFER

Astrovanee may offer promotional services such as an introductory ₹1 question/consultation offer or similar launch promotion.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Promotional offers are subject to availability.
• The offer may be limited to eligible users.
• Astrovanee may limit one or more promotional uses per person, account, device, payment method, or other eligibility criteria.
• Promotional pricing does not necessarily represent the standard price of the service.
• Astrovanee may modify or discontinue promotional offers at any time.
• Promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Promotional offers may not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.

Any specific promotional terms displayed at the time of purchase will apply to that promotion.

19. PAYMENTS

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. By initiating a payment, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction.

Astrovanee does not directly store complete card, UPI, banking, or other sensitive payment credentials unless specifically stated in its Privacy Policy.

Payment processing may be subject to the payment provider's own terms and policies.

20. PAYMENT FAILURE

If a payment fails, is reversed, cancelled, disputed, or otherwise not successfully completed, Astrovanee may restrict access to the corresponding paid service until valid payment is received.

Astrovanee is not responsible for payment failures caused by banks, payment gateways, UPI providers, card networks, internet connectivity, incorrect payment details, or technical problems outside Astrovanee's reasonable control.

21. REFUND POLICY

Unless a separate refund policy expressly states otherwise, payments for digital astrology services, reports, consultations, credits, or other services that have already been delivered, generated, consumed, or initiated may be non-refundable, subject to applicable law.

If a payment has been successfully deducted but the purchased service was not delivered due to a technical failure attributable to Astrovanee, Astrovanee may, at its discretion and subject to applicable law:

• Restore the purchased service;
• Provide the relevant service again; or
• Issue an appropriate refund.

Requests for refunds should be submitted through the official Astrovanee support channel with relevant transaction details.

Nothing in this section is intended to exclude any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

22. DIGITAL SERVICES

Certain Astrovanee products may be delivered digitally. Once a digital service, report, response, consultation, or other digital product has been made available to you, it may be considered delivered.

Digital content may not be returnable in the same manner as physical products. Any specific refund terms displayed at checkout will also apply.

23. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

Astrovanee aims to keep the Platform available, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. The Platform may become temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, server problems, internet outages, third-party service failures, payment-provider issues, software updates, security incidents, force majeure events, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond Astrovanee's reasonable control.

Astrovanee may modify or temporarily suspend services where necessary.

24. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights, title, and interest in the Platform and its original materials belong to Astrovanee or its licensors, unless otherwise stated. This may include website design, branding, logos, text, graphics, illustrations, software, user interface, original astrology content, reports and report templates, AI prompts and systems, databases, videos, audio, marketing materials, and other proprietary materials.

You may use the Platform only for personal and lawful purposes.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, publish, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Astrovanee intellectual property without prior written permission.

25. ASTROVANEE TRADEMARK

The name Astrovanee, its logo, branding, slogans, visual identity, and related marks may constitute trademarks or proprietary branding.

You may not use Astrovanee branding in a way that suggests an unauthorized partnership, endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.

26. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Astrovanee may integrate with or link to third-party services, including payment gateways, analytics providers, hosting providers, AI providers, astrology calculation providers, authentication providers, communication services, social-media platforms, and other technology providers.

Third-party services are governed by their respective terms and policies. Astrovanee is not responsible for the content, availability, security, policies, or practices of third-party services outside its reasonable control.

27. PRIVACY

Your use of Astrovanee may involve the collection and processing of personal information.

Astrovanee's handling of personal data is described in its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You should review the Privacy Policy before using the Platform.

Where applicable, Astrovanee will handle personal data in accordance with applicable Indian data-protection and privacy requirements.

India currently has the Digital Personal Data Protection Act framework and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 published by MeitY; Astrovanee's privacy documentation should therefore be maintained consistently with the requirements applicable to its actual data-processing activities.

28. COMMUNICATIONS

By creating an account, submitting an enquiry, purchasing a service, or otherwise providing your contact information, you may receive transactional communications from Astrovanee, such as OTPs, account notifications, payment confirmations, service updates, booking confirmations, support responses, and important notices.

Marketing communications may be subject to applicable consent and communication preferences. You may opt out of promotional communications where an unsubscribe mechanism is provided.

29. CHAT AND CONVERSATIONAL SERVICES

Astrovanee may provide a chat interface through which users can ask questions.

Chat responses may be generated automatically, manually, or through a combination of automated and human-assisted processes.

Users should not submit highly sensitive personal information unless it is reasonably necessary for the service.

Astrovanee does not guarantee that every chat response will be accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular personal circumstance.

30. EMERGENCY SITUATIONS

Astrovanee is not an emergency service.

You must not rely on Astrovanee for emergency assistance involving:

• Medical emergencies
• Suicide or self-harm
• Violence
• Abuse
• Criminal emergencies
• Immediate personal danger
• Other urgent situations

In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service or qualified professional.

31. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Astrovanee and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from or related to your use of the Platform.

This may include losses arising from reliance on astrology predictions, business decisions, financial decisions, relationship decisions, career decisions, personal decisions, incorrect user-provided information, AI-generated responses, third-party service failures, platform interruptions, unauthorized account access, technical failures, loss of data, or internet connectivity problems.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

32. MAXIMUM LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Astrovanee's aggregate liability relating to a paid service shall generally not exceed the amount actually paid by the user for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

This limitation shall not apply where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

33. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Astrovanee, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, violation of applicable law, infringement of third-party rights, User Content, fraudulent activity associated with your account, or unauthorized use of the Platform through your account.

34. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION

Astrovanee may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, misuse promotional offers, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with Platform security, provide false information, create operational/legal risks, as required by law, or where reasonably necessary to protect other users.

Termination may result in loss of access to certain account features.

35. EFFECT OF TERMINATION

Upon termination, your right to use affected services may immediately cease. Certain provisions (including outstanding payments, intellectual property, liability, indemnity, dispute-resolution, and general terms) will continue to apply.

36. MODIFICATION OF SERVICES

Astrovanee may modify, improve, replace, or discontinue any feature, service, pricing structure, content, or functionality. Where appropriate, Astrovanee may provide notice of material changes.

Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, subject to applicable law.

37. MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS

Astrovanee may update these Terms periodically. The updated version will be published on the Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date.

You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of Astrovanee after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, unless applicable law requires a different form of consent.

38. FORCE MAJEURE

Astrovanee shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, fire, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, cloud-service failures, power failures, epidemics or pandemics, strikes, or other events beyond reasonable control.

39. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, subject to applicable consumer-protection and other mandatory legal provisions.

40. JURISDICTION

Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the location of Astrovanee's principal place of business.

41. CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in these Terms is intended to unlawfully restrict, remove, or waive any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

Astrovanee will comply with applicable consumer-protection requirements governing its services.

India's Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 expressly apply to goods and services bought or sold over digital or electronic networks, including digital products, and contain requirements concerning consumer information and misleading representations.

42. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL

If you have a complaint, concern, payment issue, privacy concern, or service-related grievance, you may contact Astrovanee through the support/grievance contact details published on the Platform.

Please include:

• Your name
• Registered email/mobile number
• Order or transaction ID, where applicable
• Date of transaction
• Description of the issue
• Supporting information or screenshots, where relevant

Astrovanee will review and respond to grievances in accordance with applicable law and its internal grievance-handling process.

43. NO WAIVER

If Astrovanee does not immediately enforce any provision of these Terms, that does not mean Astrovanee has waived its right to enforce that provision later.

44. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

45. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any additional terms specifically applicable to particular services or promotions, constitute the agreement between you and Astrovanee concerning your use of the Platform.

46. ASSIGNMENT

You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without Astrovanee's prior written consent.

Astrovanee may assign or transfer its rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.

47. LANGUAGE

Astrovanee may provide services and content in English, Hindi, Marathi, or other languages.

Where translations are provided, reasonable efforts will be made to maintain the meaning of the original content. However, differences in translation may occur.

Where legally appropriate, the English version may be used for interpretation unless applicable law requires otherwise.

48. ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE

By clicking buttons such as “I Agree”, “Continue”, “Start Consultation”, “Ask Your Question”, “Purchase”, “Pay Now”, or by otherwise accessing or using Astrovanee after being presented with these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Electronic acceptance may constitute a valid acceptance of these Terms under applicable law.
